The apartment building is located in an attractive location of Prague Vinohrady with a beautiful view of the Zizkov tower near the metro station and tram station. Nevertheless, the house is in a very quiet, ideal environment for living. The design of the two-story extension of the apartment building created two apartments with an area of ​​approximately 100 m2 and two smaller apartments with an area of ​​approximately 50 m2. Significant modifications include the extension of balconies and loggias on the courtyard facade. The roof to the street was left unchanged and the original character of the house was preserved.
